VICHYSSOISEIngredients: (serves 6-8)
Leek 500g
Onion 2pcs
Potato 550g
Chicken stock 1.5L
Milk 300ml
Cream 250ml
Salt & pepper
Garnish with chopped chives
Method:
1. Chopped all vegetables
2. Sauté in pan with oil
3. Add the stock. Simmering to a boil for about 30 mins
4. Puree the soup and pass through a fine sieve
5. Reheat the soup. Add milk and cream6. Season to taste

回覆刪除藍藍, 湯又易煮又好喝, 你快點煮啦~ 心得嘛... 我覺得blend完湯渣之後不過篩也可以, 能吃到少少大蒜的纖維也不錯.
